How much does T. Joe Butler
charge?
Unfortunately, it is really difficult to
give an indication of what I charge without
knowing a bit more about your event. Various
things can affect the cost of me and/or my
band
including the size and location of the
venue, the length of time you want us to
play and the equipment we will need to
bring.
My priority is to give your guests the best
possible experience and to work within your
budget wherever possible.

pleased to provide you with a quotation with
no obligation and no hard sell as you plan
your next function.

What areas does T. Joe Butler cover?
I am based in Winnipeg, Manitoba so
my most competitive rates will be for
bookings in this region. For venues more
than 3 hours traveling time from Winnipeg,
I will charge a fee for the overnight
accommodation of 4 people in addition to his
performance fee.

Will T. Joe Butler and the band need a PA
or special lighting?
My band and I will supply our own PA. We also
supply a dedicated lighting rig if requested
during negotiations to hire the band.

Does T. Joe Butler take song
requests?
Our clients are welcome to make as many
requests as they like in advance of our performance and I will
accommodate as many of these as possible.
However, I cannot guarantee to
accommodate all requests.

What venues will T. Joe Butler
play?
The band and I will perform at a wide variety of
venues such as weddings, corporate gigs,
special occasion functions, retirement
parties, year end parties, private parties,
music festivals, casinos, etc. We will also perform in marquees or outdoors,
under cover, if the weather allows it. Where
the venue is more than 2 hours drive away
from Winnipeg, my band and I may have to make an
additional charge.

How much space does T. Joe Butler
need?
My band and I can squeeze onto a
relatively small stage
if necessary. However, the larger the stage, the
more we can move around to get your guests
excited and enjoying themselves! Generally a
stage 6.0m by 3.5m is adequate for our
performance.

How much time does T. Joe Butler need
to set up?
Usually I need at least 1-2 hours to set up the
PA and sound check in advance of the
performance. I prefer carrying out the
sound-check before the arrival of guests
where possible.

How long does T. Joe Butler and
his band normally
play for?
My band and I will perform a total of 2-3 hours
of live music, either as 2 sets with a break
or 3 shorter sets with 2 breaks.

Will I also need to hire
a DJ?
I will be pleased to play a selection of
continuous music that is mixed together
before and between his performances. Most
clients do not find that they need a DJ in
addition to the band.

Once a booking is confirmed, I will
contact the client whenever necessary if
details need to be checked, clarified,
confirmed or discussed.
